Thursday, January 13, 2011

Betting on strong growth and competition in the Brazilian construction and real-estate markets, Brazilian software company BDK Solutions expects to grow revenues 40-50% in 2011, the company said in a statement without providing exact figures.

BDK's trademark system, Viabil, provides construction companies such as Tecnisa and Odebrecht with software to analyze the viability of financing real-estate projects. Clients are increasingly looking for IT solutions to help reduce risks and optimize the value of expenditures, BDK said. Viabil helps businesses to track variables such as land supply and purchases, advertising investments, pace of sales, soil type and market research, among others.

BDK also targets architects, investment banks and consultancies.
