US software company LANDesk expects to see higher adoption of its mobility solution in Latin America next year, the company's general director for Latin America, Marcelo Lava, told BNamericas without providing hard numbers.

According to the executive, until now adoption of the solution has been low across the region, due to the lack of scalability for mobility projects.

"We have a client for our mobility solution in Chile, and we're also seeing interest in Brazil. We believe that we will see more activity in this segment during 2012," Lava said.
