"In general, companies that use our service can save 7-12% on fixed and mobile telephony expenditures," Leite said. "In some cases, however, they raise this to more than 30%."

Leite also said selling software as a service (Saas) aimed at managing clients' telecom operations will be a focus of OnSet in 2011.

OnSet is based in São Paulo state, with operations in São Paulo city, Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro. The company has more than 200 employees.
