Chilean IT services firm Pragma Informática reported sales of more than US$6.5mn in 2010, representing 68% growth and far surpassing the 28% increase it had originally expected for the year, according to a press release from the company.
Pragma has since restructured to better meet the needs resulting from the higher growth, making changes in sales management, operations areas, administration management and finances. Additionally, Pragma has implemented support center services for IT services management.
For 2011, Pragma expects to continue growing its client portfolio, enhancing its management and processes areas, and also expanding its business process management (BPM) and business intelligence (BI) services. Furthermore, Pragma said it expects to increase its activity as a Platinum partner of Oracle.
Pragma also highlighted its certification in the ISO 9001:2008 standard for quality management systems, as well as its fifth place ranking from the local Great Place to Work Institute with respect to work climate in medium-sized companies.
