SAP (NYSE: SAP) has promoted Leonel Graff to sales vice president for Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Venezuela, the company said in a statement. Graff has worked in SAP for more than 12 years, and most recently served as general manager for the country's Chile division. Canadian firms will be in the Central American country on February 17-18 to seek local distributors or representatives. The visit is being organized by the Canadian embassy in Costa Rica. *** Brazil's CETIP-OTC Clearing House has tapped US software company MetraTech for billing and billing-related services, MetraTech said in a statement. CETIP-OTC Clearing House provides custody, electronic trading, trade registration and financial settlement for transactions involving fixed income securities and OTC derivatives. *** Argentine software provider Sistemas Bejerman has rolled out an internet-based electronic billing solution, the company said in a statement. The solution, called Factura Electrónica Corp, targets companies with ERPs without electronic billing abilities.
