Brazilian software developer Triad Systems is expanding to Peru through a partnership with IT services company BSI, Triad said in a statement.
The deal is part of Triad's geographic expansion to attract new clients in the telecoms, financial, government, utilities and health verticals. The company is aiming for US$3mn in new business from these verticals next year.
With this partnership, BSI will act as representative of Triad Systems in Peru, selling its entire solutions portfolio, from consulting and revenue assurance to electronic document management solutions by US company DocuLex. As such, BSI will be DocuLex's first and only distributor in Peru.
Founded in 1992, Triad Systems has offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Manaus.
