Brazilian IT firm QuestManager grew revenues 35% in 2010 and expects a 50% bump in 2011, the Rio de Janeiro-based company said in a statement without providing exact figures.
QuestManager, which specializes in market research and consumer feedback solutions, closed contracts last year with the tourism agency of Brazilian airline TAM (NYSE: TAM) and telecom operator Oi's call center Contax, among other clients.
QuestManager plans to invest 4mn reais (US$2.4mn) this year in establishing the market presence of its enterprise feedback management (EFM) system and training new project managers.
"In 2010, we managed feedback from approximately 8mn people, and we know that we are going to increase that number this year," said marketing and sales director Guilherme Cerqueira. "The market is already waking up to the importance of quickly hearing and understanding the key people who shape businesses' results way before they appear on balance sheets - one of the basic premises of EFM."
QuestManager was founded in 2003.
