MOP, Idaan, Conades coordinating US$10mn Aguadulce sewerage work

Panama's public works ministry (MOP), national water utility Idaan and the national council for sustainable development, Conades, are coordinating efforts for sewerage improvements in Coclé province.

The second phase of the sewerage project for Aguadulce city will cost over US$10mn, MOP said in a release.

Technicians from all three state entities met to inspect streets in the Pocrí, Barrios Unidos and Aguadulce Centro districts, where the new sewerage pipelines will be installed.

MOP will be in charge of inspecting each street to make sure it is returned to the same or better condition once the sewerage works are completed.
