The project entails the financing, construction, maintenance and operation of a four-lane divided tollroad to connect the cities of Atizapán and Atlacomulco in Mexico state. It is expected to serve 15,000 vehicles a day. The highway will reduce transportation time between Mexico and Jalisco states and the Mexico-Nogales highway corridor with the goal of consolidating Atlacomulco region as an economic and transport hub in the central part of the country.
