Description

The project calls for the construction of two substations and associated 160km dual circuit transmission line. The 230kV Chivor II and Norte substations and line will connect the east of the country with the western zone of capital Bogotá, and span departments Boyacá and Cundinamarca. The initiative aims to improve the breadth and reliability of Colombia's power network, reduce electricity supply restrictions, and ensure the correct supply of output to Bogota's northern area.
