This is Petrocaribe Solar, a proposal conceived by the president, Nicolás Maduro, which will have the logistics and capabilities of the Petrocaribe Energy Cooperation Agreement. In this regard, the Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Jorge Arreaza, indicated that Latin America, Venezuela and the Caribbean will be covered.

The Foundational Summit of the International Solar Alliance is aimed at the 121 countries with the highest solar exposure, located in the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, with the aim of addressing needs related to the issue of energy and energy gaps between countries.
