Peruvian engineering and consultancy firm CPS de Ingeniería is looking to expand its presence in Bolivia and plans to continue its international expansion, the firm's transport specialist Alan Martinot told BNamericas.
The company has carried out a number of studies for infrastructure development projects in Bolivia and was recently awarded another two. The firm is also supervising three infrastructure initiatives, he added.
Once the firm strengthens its presence in Bolivia, it will begin to evaluate new expansion opportunities "probably in Central America," said Martinot.
In the past, CPS de Ingeniería has been involved in infrastructure initiatives in El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.
The company's experience and engineering capacity make it more competitive in the markets it is interested in, according to Martinot.
CPS de Ingeniería is also on the list of consultancy firms registered with the World Bank, IDB and the Andean Development Corporation (CAF).
