GrupoSura's Peruvian pension fund manager AFP Integra will continue operating under that name, the Colombian holding said in a release announcing that it had finished rebranding Latin American operations purchased last year from Dutch group ING (NYSE: ING).

Earlier this week, GrupoSura also said it would leave the current brand of Chilean pension fund manager AFP Capital intact.

GrupoSura purchased ING's pension, life insurance and investment management assets in the region for 2.68bn euros (US$3.44bn).

The Colombian holding aims to double assets under management of its Latin American operations over five years, regional chairman Andrés Castro recently told reporters in Santiago.
