Ecuador awards Quito water treatment contract to US-Colombia consortium

Ecuador's pre-investment institute INP awarded a US$9.19mn water treatment consultancy contract to a consortium formed by US firm Hanzen and Sawyer and Colombian group PC-EPI Epsilon, according to a release by the institute.

The consortium will be responsible for drawing up definitive plans for a system to collect and treat domestic waste water in the greater Quito area.
