Description

Acciona México is the local subsidiary of Spanish multinational Acciona S.A. The construction and services company has four main lines of business: infrastructure, energy and real estate. Acciona controls a broad project portfolio through its subsidiaries Acciona Infraestructuras, Acciona Ingeniería, Acciona Energía, Acciona Microenergía and Acciona Agua. Among its more significant projects are the largest wind complex in Latin America, made up of three wind farms – Oaxaca II, III and IV – located in Oaxaca state and the Atotonilco wastewater treatment plant, the largest of its kind in the world, located in Hidalgo state. Incorporated in 1978, the company is headquartered in Mexico City.
