Lupaka Gold Corp. is a Canadian gold explorer with resource projects spread across three regions of Peru. The company's flagship project is Crucero, its 5,500ha gold property located in southern Peru. Vancouver-based Lupaka is project operator and holds a 100% indirect interest in the property. As a result of the acquisition of Andean American Gold Corp. in 2012, Lupaka's assets now include the Invicta gold project, which has underground gold and polymetallic development potential, and a strategic 17% stake in Southern Legacy Minerals Inc., owner of the AntaKori copper-gold deposit. Lupaka Gold also holds an option to earn a 65% interest in the Josnitoro gold-copper project from Hochschild Mining PLC. The project, which is at the exploration stage, is located some 600km southeast of Lima in Apurímac department.
