Description

Petroquímica Mexicana de Vinilo S.A. de C.V. (PMV) is a JV between Mexican petrochemicals consortium Mexichem and state oil firm Pemex formed to carrying out the revamp of the vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) plant located at the Pajaritos petrochemical complex in Veracruz. The VCM facility will be brought to its nameplate capacity of 405,000t/y from its current 200,000t/y. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015.
