Company Detail

Description

Companhia Aeroportuária Campos Gerais (CACG) is a Brazilian engineering company which is planning on developing the Ponta Grossa airport, a private airport between the municipalities of Palmeira and Ponta Grossa, some 75km west of state capital Curitiba. The hub would have a capacity to handle 750,000 takeoffs and landings per year, more than double that of Brazil's current largest, Guarulhos international airport. The airport would be focused on the freight business and integrated with road and rail systems and have a customs area.
