Concesionaria Vial de los Andes S.A.S. (Coviandes), established in 1994, is engaged in the design, construction and operation of road concession projects in Colombia. It is majority owned by Colombian investment corporation Corficolombiana and Spain's construction company Abertis Infraestructura. In 1994, Coviandes was awarded the concession for the operation and maintenance of the 86km Bogotá-Villavicencio highway, including five tunnels and 50 bridges. In 2010, it signed a contract to build the El Tabloón-Chirajara stretch of the Bogota-Villavicencio dual carriageway.
