Headquartered in Tijuana, in the state of Baja California, the company provides site and feasibility analysis, engineering and design, permitting and regulatory compliance, access to financing, financial analysis and modeling, power purchase negotiations, and operations and maintenance support services. The company is currently building a three-phases 150MW solar plant in Mexico's Baja California. EPLA began operating in 2015.
