Australia (Newcastle/Port Kembla from 2002 onwards, 6,300 kcal/kg (11,340BTU/lb), less than 0.8, sulfur 13 ash; previously 6,667 kcal/kg (12,000BTU/lb), less than 1.0, sulfur 14 ash). South Africa (Richards Bay 6,000kcal/kg from 2006 onwards; during 2002-2005, 6,200kcal/kg (11,200BTU/lb), less than 1.0, sulfur 16 ash; years 1990-2001 6,390 kcal/kg (11,500BTU/lb).
