Aurelian raising US$66.2mn for Condor

Bnamericas
Toronto's Aurelian Resources (TSX-V: ARU) announced a bought deal private placement to raise gross proceeds of Cdn$75mn (US$66.2mn) to advance exploration at its Condor project in Ecuador and general working capital purposes. The equity financing with a syndicate of underwriters led by Sprott Securities consists of 2 million Aurelian shares at Cdn$37.50 each, the company said in a statement. The offering is scheduled to close on or about November 22. Aurelian's exploration efforts uncovered this year the high-grade Fruta del Norte discovery at the heart of its Condor project properties in southern Ecuador, which consist of 38 mining concessions totaling 95,000ha.
