CFE opens tender for 5 Tabasco transmission lines

Mexican state power company CFE has launched an international tender for the construction of five transmission lines in Tabasco state running a total 169km, according to federal procurement website Compranet. The lines will have capacities of 400kV and 230kV. The tender also includes construction of two substations with the same capacities and the installation of 10 feeders. CFE has scheduled a site visit for November 18 and a project meeting for December 12. Bidding rules are available through December 2 with bids due on February 18 next year. Works are scheduled to begin on April 10 and run 540 days. The tender number is 18164093-038-08.
