Company CEO Aníbal Fissore said the firm will establish a presence in the city through strengthening ties with channel partners. The event, which will take place in the southern cities of Porto Alegre and Caxias do Sul, aims to recruit resellers for the firm's Worry-Free Security product line. The product suite is geared towards SMEs with as many as 250 employees. *** Colombia's telecommunications ministry has put out a call for applications for doctorate degree scholarships in areas related to ICT, according to a statement. All interested applicants must be Colombian citizens, speak fluent English or another foreign language, have received both top grades at their undergraduate institutions and a letter of acceptance to a foreign university, and be willing to start studies between August of this year and May 2010.
