Brazil's Cteep reports gains on transmission upturn

Brazilian transmission company Cteep reported second quarter net income of 90.1mn reais (US$39.9mn), up 90% year-on-year.

Ebitda rose 162% over the period to 119.8mn reais while net operating revenue climbed 6.3% to 218.4mn reais, Cteep said in a results report.
