Hidroituango: EPM responds to nullity claim

EPM informs that, as a third party linked to the process, it responded on behalf of EPM and Hidroeléctrica Ituango SAESP to the simple nullity claim, by means of which the nullity of the complex administrative act conformed by Resolution 155 of January 30, 2009 is sought. , by which the Ministry of Environment Housing and Territorial Development (MAVDT) granted an environmental license for the Ituango Hydroelectric Project, and the subsequent amendments, opposing the claims and supporting the merit exceptions.

The judicial process with file 11001032400020170013000 is processed in the Council of State - First Section -, before the Ministry of Environment Housing and Territorial Development (MAVDT), the National Authority of Environmental Licenses - ANLA; the Regional Autonomous Corporation of the Center of Antioquia CORANTIOQUIA, and CORPOURABÁ - Corporation for the Sustainable Development of Urabá.

Empresas Públicas de Medellín and the Ituango Hydroelectric Company SA were linked as third parties with direct interests in the project.
