IN BRIEF: Mexico, France sign energy education accord

Mexico's energy ministry (Sener) has signed a memorandum of understanding with France's IFP Energies Nouvelles (IFPEN), a public sector research and training center, to develop courses for energy sector professionals.

The MOU is part of the agreement signed in April to drive competition and develop human resources in the oil and gas sector, according to a Sener press release.
