Junior corporate roundup: Trevali, New Energy-Wealth, INV
The Toronto Stock Exchange accepted notice by Trevali Mining to implement a normal course issuer bid to purchase for cancellation 40mn shares, or 6.5% of its public float, for a maximum of Cdn$20mn (US$15mn) over 12 months.
Trevali has the Santander zinc-lead-silver mine in Peru and producing assets in Burkina Faso, Namibia and Canada.

New Energy Metals and Wealth Minerals signed a letter of intent whereby the latter can acquire a 70% interest in the Cristal copper project in northern Chile.
The terms of the deal have yet to be agreed, New Energy said in a release. The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the property from private Chilean firm Artemis Mining under a March agreement.
New Energy also announced the appointment of David Cross as CFO, replacing Blaine Bailey, who is resigning, effective December 1.
