Vancouver's Revelo Resources finalized two agreements with Masglas Limited. The first is for the sale of its Araya Breccia copper project for US$100,000, and the second is for a four-year option over Revelo's neighboring Los Azules copper project, both in Chile.

The Los Azules deal will allow Masglas to earn a 100% interest in the project for US$500,000 in cash and in-ground exploration commitments. Revelo will retain a 2% NSR royalty on all metals produced from both projects, it said in a statement.

Reunion Gold said in a press release that Barrick Gold has agreed to purchase, by way of a private placement, 48mn common shares of the company for gross proceeds of Cdn$9.1mn (US$7.14mn).

The financing is expected to close by November 30, resulting in Barrick owning approximately 15% of Reunion's stock. The proceeds will be used to develop its properties in Guyana and French Guiana.
