ENAP makes designations in its corporate management and creates new management

With a direct report to the General Manager, the following professionals join our company: Pablo Sufán González , assumes the position of Corporate Manager of Refining and Marketing (R & C); Denisse Abudinén Butto , rejoins ENAP as Corporate Manager of Exploration and Production (E & P); Andrés León Schleyer , will lead the Corporate Management of Human Resources; Jacqueline Saquel Mediano , will lead the Management of Strategic Planning and Management; Tatiana Munro Cabezas, the organization arrives in the position of Corporate Legal Manager; and Julio Aranis Vargas , current manager E & P, assumes the new Supply Chain Corporate Management.

Pablo Sufán, new R & C manager from October 8, is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Chile. He has a 22-year track record in global management of industrial businesses, including business areas, operations, strategy, logistics, studies and development, as well as extensive international experience. To date, he was the General Manager of one of CMPC's subsidiaries.

Denisse Abudinen, who rejoins on October 1, is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the Catholic University and holds a Master's Degree in International Management from King's College, University of London. He has more than 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He began his career at ENAP in 2007, where he managed to occupy a position of first line, as Manager of Strategic Planning and Management. To date, he served as Senior Client Development Advisor for Latin America at the international consulting firm McKinsey & Company, based in Mexico.

Andrés León, will begin his duties on October 1, is a lawyer from the Catholic University, with a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Administration from the same house of studies. He has more than 24 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in large national companies, such as Codelco, Falabella, Sodimac and multinationals that are leaders in their respective business areas.

Jacqueline Saquel, to be integrated on October 1, is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Santiago de Chile. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior management, performing in commercial areas, business development, mergers and acquisitions, industrial projects, strategic planning and human resources in Chile and Latin America. Until now, he was the Manager of Corporate Development in Empresas CMPC.

Tatiana Munro, who will take office on October 1, is a Lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales and has an outstanding career in commercial, criminal and corporate law. Until his appointment at ENAP, he served for 10 years as the Prosecutor of Ernst & Young Chile.

Francisco Peralta Cortés , currently the Corporate Manager of Strategic Planning and Management, will assume a new challenge in the position of Financial Controller of International Subsidiaries, reporting directly to the Corporate Administration and Finance Department. Luis Manríquez Balmaceda , Pedro Rodríguez Coloma and Marcelo Rodríguez Belmar , interim managers of R & C, Human Resources and Legal, respectively, resume their usual functions at ENAP.

New corporate management

Julio Aranis Vargas assumes the new Supply Chain Corporate Management from October 1st. This management will have the responsibility of strengthening and building a comprehensive and strategic design of the supply chain of ENAP, ensuring that throughout our territory the company is able to supply the country in an efficient and timely manner.
