Colombia approves US$3.3bn for 4G projects

Colombia's finance minister Mauricio Cárdenas said that fiscal policies board Confis has approved funding of 7.6tn pesos (US$3.3bn) for three projects included in the second wave of Colombia's 4G highway plan.

According to the ministry's release, 3.61tn pesos will be allotted to the Villavicencio-Yopal highway; 2.67tn pesos to the Neiva-Girardot highway; and 1.48tn pesos to the Sisga-Aguaclara highway network.

Confis also approved funding of 3.857tn for the country's national housing fund.
