Mexico's Manzanillo port authority is seeking a consultant to update the port's master development plan.
The winning bidder will be required to deliver the plan for the port by December 22, according to documents published on the government's procurement portal CompraNet.
The plan must include an analysis of the port's resources, current circumstances and competition, obstacles to growth and a development strategy.
The aim is to establish the uses and types of operations envisaged for each part of the port, its future development and access and interconnection with other forms of transport.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 24 and interested parties must submit bids by October 31.
The tender is due to be awarded on November 7 and work on the plan will start on November 12.
