Roundup: Hurricane Odile damage, Coalianza tender award, Nicaragua bridge
Hurricane Odile caused some 7.86bn pesos (US$585mn) of damage to urban infrastructure in Mexico's Baja California state, according to the local government.
The total includes 35.5mn pesos of damage to hospital infrastructure, 1.02bn pesos of damage to roads and 607mn pesos of damage to schools, according to a release from the local government.

Honduras' public-private partnership agency Coalianza awarded a tender for supervision of the rehabilitation of the San Juan-Gracias highway to the consortium Saybe y Asociados and Consultores en Ingeniería Cerna.
The company will supervise the rehabilitation of 37.8km of the San Juan-Gracias section of the highway and construction of 5.5km of the Gracias-Celaque section, according to a Coalianza release.
A tender for the construction contract was awarded in July.
