Tivit invests US$7mn in BPM platform

Brazilian business process outsourcing (BPO) and management (BPM) firm Tivit has invested 15mn reais (US$6.76mn) to develop a complete platform for BPM, Brazilian IT news site TI Inside reported. Through this investment, Tivit expects to treble the revenues coming from its BPM solution, dubbed Neoflow, by 2014, according to the report. The firm also expects to significantly expand its current customer base and to have a higher penetration among current clients. Tivit focuses on several verticals including manufacturing, health, services, utilities and telecoms. Tivit has operating presence throughout Latin America, including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia and Peru. It provides a range of IT and BPO outsourcing services including technology management, consulting, hosting, technical support and contact center. The firm has also invested in various fifth-generation internet datacenters throughout the region.
