Description: The cryogenic plant in the Poza Rica area has a processing capacity of 200Mf3 (5.66Mm3) of sweet gas obtained from Chicontepec, or the Activo Integral Aceite Terciario del Golfo (ATG). The plant produces around 186Mf3 of dry gas, 7,000b/d of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and 2,600b/d of natural gasoline. Additionally, the project includes two 20,000b LPG storage units. This project is strategically located to process the output of Chicontepec, an area that holds a large amount of the country's gas reserves. The plant was inaugurated in November 2012.
