Description

The Aguas Calientes hydro plant project calls for the construction of two run-of-the-river plants that would be built 82km east of Chillán to add a total 24MW capacity to the central SIC grid. The project will employ 500 people during its construction phase and an additional 21 workers when operating. Hydrochile decided against developing the Aguas Calientes hydro project.
