The Mallay project is a silver-gold-zinc-lead deposit 100% owned by the Peruvian producer Buenaventura. The project started operations in May, 2012, in the district and province of Oyón, Lima department. The underground mine includes the concessions Tres Cerros, Tres Cerros 8, Tres Cerros 9, Tres Cerros II, Chanca 13, Chanca 11, Tres Cerros 3, Tres Cerros 5 and Tres Cerros 7, all property of Buenaventura.
