Description

The initiative aims to use the solar potential of the chilean north to generate power using a clean and renewable source, which diversifies the country's energy matrix. To reach this goal, it will be built a solar plant formed by 225,000 PV modules to produce 36MW, enough energy to satisfy the consumption requirements of 45.000 households supplied by the national SIC grid. The project is developed by Diego de Almagro Matriz SpA, a subsidiary of Enel Green Power S.A.
