Description

The project involves building infrastructure that increases energy security and facilitates the transportation of hydrocarbons from Anta province (Cuzco) to the south coast. Gasoducto Sur Peruano comprises a 1,000km, 32-inch diameter pipeline system divided into three sections. Its potential clients are thermoelectric power stations and petrochemical plants, among other users. The concession includes an option to transport liquids such as ethane. The gas transportation capacity is 500Mcf/d to the south and 1500Mcf/d to the point of connection with TGP, for a total of 2000Mcf/d.
