Description

The San José hydro plant is designed to use the hydro potential of the upper Chapare river basin, Malaga and Santa Isabel rivers, and Corani reservoir attached to state generator Corani's Santa Isabel hydro plant. Works will involve the construction of a dam, reservoir, adduction tunnels, penstock, and powerhouse enclosing the turbines. The project includes the construction of hydroelectric plants San José I and San José II.
