The project will have 264 wind turbines of 2MW each and will be located between the municipalities of Tocopilla and María Elena, both belonging to the Tocopilla Province, II Region of Antofagasta. During the construction phase, some 100 workers will be required, while the operation stage will need between 16 and 20 workers. Construction is estimated to last 24 months, of which 20 will entail construction work and 4 months for the testing period and other administrative tasks.
