Argentine rail service concessionaire Trenes de Buenos Aires (TBA) operates rail services in both urban and suburban Buenos Aires. The railway transports 10mn passengers each month, linking the federal capital to destinations including Moreno, Lujan, Lobos and Mercedes. The company is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After the train crash in February 2012, the government took over the management of the Sarmiento and Mitre suburban lines by ousting concessionaire Trenes de Buenos Aires.
