ICT tender: Belize issues call for information management system

Belize is inviting eligible consultants to develop a web-based information management system (IMS) for the ministry of the environment.

The government received funds from the World Bank, which will be used for the management and protection of key biodiversity areas.

The installation of the IMS is to be completed in 20 months.

Consultants must demonstrate the successful completion of three similar assignment as well as experience in data-based design, system architecture, and IMS programming within the last five years, according to the tender requirements.

The wining firm will be selected according to the quality and costs-based selection method. Consultants may form joint ventures to enhance their qualifications.

The sealed envelope must include the name and address of the applicant and should be marked: Consultancy for the Development of a Web-Based Information Management System (IMS) for the Department of the Environment and the Forest Department.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below by May 16.
