Description:
Sacyr Concesiones Colombia S.A.S. is the local subsidiary of Spanish global infrastructure development company Sacyr Concesiones. In Colombia, the company has been awarded four concession contracts. It wholly-owns Sociedad Concesionaria Vial Montes de María, which is building the Ruta 25 and the 25BL-Puerta del Hierro roads, and Unión Vial Río Pamplonita S.A.S, responsible for the construction of the Pamplona-Cúcuta highway, and it will act as operator of the projects until 2040 and 2042, respectively. The subsidiary also holds interests in the companies tasked with building the Ruta 25-Pasto-Rumichaca road (60%) and the Ruta 62-Mar 1 road (37.5%), with operation contracts expiring in 2040. The subsidiary is based in Bogotá.
