Edenor Blackout Hits 6,000 BA Users

A fault in two medium-tension cables cut power in the concession area of northern Buenos Aires power distributor Edenor. The cuts come after ten days of power disruption caused by a fire at a plant belonging to Buenos Aires' southern distributor Edesur.
