Govt. reshuffles energy appointments

Guatemala's government has appointed José Toledo as president of state power company INDE, newspaper La Prensa Libre reported mines and energy minister Roberto González as saying. Arturo Letona will take up the post of administration and hydrocarbons undersecretary at the ministry, the paper reported.
