AT&T completes sale of Vrio operations to Grupo Werthein

AT&T statement

– AT&T* (NYSE:T) has completed the sale of its Vrio Corp. business unit to private holding company Grupo Werthein, which has acquired 100% of the equity in Vrio. Vrio provides digital entertainment services across 11 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. AT&T’s interest in SKY Mexico is not included in the transaction.
