Latin American internet research and monitoring service BuscaPé has acquired Argentine internet payment platform DineroMail, the former company said in a statement without mentioning the purchase price. DineroMail has more than 3.5mn users and has grown roughly 600% every year since its founding in 2004. BuscaPé's recent acquisitions also include Pagos Online in Colombia, as well as Pagamento Digital and FControl in Brazil. *** Colombian bank Colpatria has tapped Spanish ICT firm Tecnocom to upgrade its payment platform, Tecnocom said in a release. Colpatria acquired Tecnocom's SIA, SAT and SFC solutions to manage more than 1mn credit cards, as well as related payment authorization processes and network connections. *** Mexican retailer Liverpool has acquired services from SAP (NYSE: SAP), the latter company said in a release. Liverpool uses the SAP MaxAttention service, which provides the retailer with technical consultants, as well as the ability to use software solutions designed to document new programs and synchronize applications. *** Brazilian print company Agaprint has acquired software and professional services from US firm InfoPrint Solutions, the latter said in a statement. Agaprint implemented the InfoPrint ProcessDirector workflow solution to streamline operations and boost productivity.
