Venezuela's state-run telco Cantv has inaugurated a customer services office in El Cafetal, the telco said in a statement.

The new facility will enable Cantv's subscribers to make complaints and to buy the telco's products and services.


Argentina's Mendoza province ended September with a total of 466,068 broadband connections, an increase of 29.4% year-on-year, according to statistics bureau Indec.

Meanwhile, the number of organizational broadband accesses in the province reached 93,283 at end-Q3, up 11.5% compared to the year-ago quarter.


Fixed broadband penetration in Colombia's Antioquia department reached 13.2% at the end of the third quarter, according to a government report.

At the end of the second quarter, fixed broadband penetration in the department was 13%.
