Egenor to Offer US$20mn in Bonds Today, Monday

Peruvian power producer Egenor will offer today and Monday US$20mn worth of five-year corporate bonds at a floating interest rate, part of the company's US$60mn bond program. Equilibrium-Bank Watch S.A. rated the bonds at AA+ and AA.

The program will finance 50% of an investment to increase Egenor's generation capacity by 100 MW. The company is 60%-controlled by the US' Dominion Energy Inc. and Chile's Gener. The state holds a 30% stake through Electroperu.
